Career conversion programme targeted at Professionals, Managers, Executives & Technicians (PMETs), including mid-career switchers to undergo skills conversion and progress into new skills sectors.

Under PCP, the Place-and-Train scheme promotes the hiring of PMETs by participating employers, following which the employee will undergo training to take on their new job role.
